The application was filed 28 February 1958 and the permit was issued 24 April 1962. The Adiversion has been in continuous operation since I959. - The subject application is not one of the five for which the Company has petitioned for Change of Point of Diversion and Change of Place of Use. It was our understanding that licensing of the subject diversion would follow forthwith after the hearing held by the Division of Water Rights on 18 June 1973. The hearing was chaired by Mr. Ronald B. Robie. It was realized that the applications for Change of Point of Diversion and Change of Place of Use would require further study and clarification by Staff. Kindly advise.
