"project" is the entire development associated 'with the diversion,
storage and use. of 'water under ,this application and .any other re-
latedwater rights-. The requested ;information should be prepared
in =report form; however, reference can be made 'to other, studies: and
reports if they are provided to the Board.
It is suggested'that a -matrix or other, similar procedure be utilized
to identify environmental impacts. A sample matrix, which is used.
by the Board, and instructions for' its completion are enclosed. You,,
may utilize either •,this `matrix or, a similar one' of your own ;design
in ".or -der to satisfy this purpose.
