August 13, 1970 regarding their application for water rights
was readoin.full. Stan Martin appeared for the water companies
and requested City's support .of;the.-application and answered
questions: City Attorney noted.that.if that application were
granted, City's pending application woul,d be reduced by that
amount. Following discussion, i.tswas'moved'by Clarke, seconded
by Nagy, and unanimously carried, to support the water application
as presented.
