I request permission to change the point of diversion described in this permit or
license to the point shown on the accompanying map and described as follows:
The point of diversion from Lake Tahoe is described es follows: said point is in
Section 5, Township 12 North, Range 18 East Mount Diablo Meridian, located in the
Sity of South Lake TFhoe., County of El Dorado, State of C.,lifornia, and is more
particularly located from the fo11a.Uing description:
Commencing at a 21 inch capped iron pipe marking the North meander corner of said
Section 5 and Section 6, thence North 37° 22' 22" East 1341.53 feet to a point,
said point being Northwest corner of the Lnnds of Dillingham and the North-west
corner of proposed Tahoe Keys Unit No. 5, thence North 39° 3f' 00" East 37.50 feet
to the Point of Diversion from Lake Tahoe, said point being on the North line of
proposed Lot C of proposed Tahoe Keys Unit No. 5.
