Thank you for your check of $100 to cover the required fees for peti-
tions for changes. Your payment indicates that you assumed a separate
$10 fee was necessary for a petition for change in place of use and
point of diversion for each permit. However, for determination of
petition fees, it shall be considered one petition if the various
changes can be acted upon concurrently even though separate forms are
used for different -kinds of change. Under this consideration, your
fees total $50 for the petitions for change and the overpayment of
$50 will be returned at a later date.

adopted Resolution No. 1448 supporting the Gardner Mountain
Water Company's application #23502 and the five various petitions
filed by Tahoe Paradise Water & Gas Company with the State Water
Resources Control Board to change place of use and to move point
of diversion for 14.33 CPS .of water to be used in South Lake Tahoe.
