The.permitted amount i- Insufficient therefore reliance
on pending Application 23502 will_be_made, and in addition a
,portion of wat:ar requf.rements ray be met 1-)37 part of 'the City
of South take Tahoe riling (pending Application 23393) which
requested 52.5 cfs.
It is recommended that an extension of time and change
in point of diversion be granted on the companion filings. The
petition for change in place of use mut be denied due to insuf-
ficient water. The permits should be amended. allowing quantitative
limits from all sources including wells.
