12. REMARKS
Subsequent to making application for diversion and storage as described
in this permit, the lands on which the application was predicated are no
longer available at a reasonable cost. Therefore the Company has con-
tacted El Dorado National Forest to start negotiations for a new Forest
Service site up stream. A meeting is scheduled for June 1967 with the
proper Forest Service officers. As soon as favorable arrangements can
be made, the Company plans to submit application through counsel to
reggest the Board to allow the Company to move the proposed diversion
and storage upstream to the new site.
