Resolution No. 982WJML:RJH:gbb 11/6/67 lOc RESOLUTION NO. 9 8 2 A RESOLUTION DESCRIBING PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,~DIRECTING FILING.OF.MAP AND DIRECTINGRECORDATION~OF NOTICE OF~ASSESSMENT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT'1967- 4A RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, this Board proposes to undertake proceedings for the for- mation of an assessment district pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 824 , adopted by this Board on April 20 , 1967, as subsequently amended; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. The proposed boundaries of said assessment district to be as- sessed in said proceedings, are hereby described as shown on a map of said assessment district on file in the office of the Clerk which shows the lots, pieces or parcels of land proposed to be assessed and which indicates by a boundary line the extent of the territory included in the proposed assessment district and which shall govern for all details as to the extentof such district, reference to such map being hereby made for particulars. Said map contains the name of the District and a distinctive designation in words or by number of the district shown thereon. 2. On the original and at least one copy of said map the Clerk shall endorse his certificate evidencing the date and adoption of this resolution. The Clerk shall file the original of such map in his of- fice, and, within 15 days after adoption of the resolution fixing time .nd place of hearing on the formation or extent of said district, and in no event later than 15 days prior to such hearing, shall file, with- out charge, a copy thereof with the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County in which all of such proposed assessment district is located. 3.
