A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN
ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. lp60-1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the
Secretary of said District, all pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 173 , adopted by the Board of Directors of said District on
March 17 , 19 60. , and the provisions of the Municipal
Imprevement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Board
on the 19th day of May , 19 .60 , and recorded in the
office of the County Surveyor of said County on June 17 , 19 60~
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are
unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under She
Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer
conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
lo The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the District Secretary a report and. amended assessment and diagram
of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being designated Assess-
ment Nos. 2084, 2080, 20?9, 780~ 2040, 954~ 607, 2172~ 1468, 1479~ .....
1480 and 1061 ·
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to
the several parts of the original lots or parcels, and the total amount
of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or
parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original
lots or parcels of land.
B. That Thursday., the 7th day of December , 1967.,

District Office, Johnson Road
Board,~ South Lake Tahoe, California, be, and the same is.
hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment
before said Board.
4. That the Secretary of said District shall advertise the time
and place of such hearing before the Board of DireCtors by publishing
a notice of said ~umended assessment twice in the Tahoe Daily Tribune
, a newspaper of general circulation published and cir-
culated in the District, the first publication being not less~ than
fifteen (15) days before said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy Of a resolution duly and regularly adopted by the Board of
Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado
County, California, at a meeting thereof duly held on the 16th day

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the order of the Board
of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, the District
Engineer thereof has filed with me an amended assessment together with
his .report and map thereof, of the parcels shown as Diagram and Assess-
ment Nos. 2084~ 2080~ 2079, 780' 2040, 954~ 607~ 2172~ 1468~ 1479~
1480 and 1061
on the diagram and assessment heretofore confirmed by said Board on
May 19 , 19 60 ..., pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 173 adopted by said Board on March 17 ,
19 60 , to all of which reference is hereby made for f~rther particulars.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that on the 7th day of December .,

Dis~ict Office, Iohnson Road
Board, ~, South Lake Tahoe, California, a hearing will be had
on said amended assessment, at which time all persons interested in said
original assessments~ or in the lands affected thereby, or in the bonds
secured thereby, may appear and protest against the same.
