Resolution No. 935RESOLUTION NO. 935 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT CALLING FOR NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS FOR SEALED PROPOSALS FOR BIIOU PUMP STATION STANDBY GENERATOR INSTALLATION . BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows: 1. That the Board of Directors hereby calls for Notice to Contractors for sealed proposals for Installation of Bijou Pump Station Standby Generator, consisting of Installing an ONAN 135 KW Engine - Generator and Modifications to existing structure, said Notice to Contractors to be in the form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. Said sealed proposals shall be received at the office of said Distr£c't in South Lake Tahoe, California, at the Treatment Plant thereof, (Mailing Address: P.O. Box AU, South Lake Tahoe, California, 95705), until 2:00 P.M. on NOVEMBER 2, 1967, at which time all proposals shall be publicly opened and read. O. Box AU, South Lake Ta.hoe, E1 Dorado County, California 95705), until 2:00 p.m., November 2, 1967, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for construction of: BI][OU PUMP STATION STANDBY GENERATOR INSTALLATION The work contemplated consists of installing an Onan 135 kw engine-generator and modifications to existing structure. in accordance with the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code, State of California, the South Tahoe Public Utility District has ascertained the general applicable prevailing wage rates to be as shown in the specifications. / Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications, may be inspected at the following locations: South Tahoe Builders Exchange, Highway 89, Tahoe Valley; the office of the Clerk, South Tahoe Public Utility District, and the office of ClairA. Hill & Associates, 1525 Court Street, Redding, California. Copies may be obtained at the office of Clair A. Hill & Associates and at the office of the South Tahoe Public Utility District. No proposal will be accepted from the contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 79 1, Statutes of 1929, as amended, or Chapter 37, Statutes of 1939, as amended, State of California.
