Thanks for helping us out!
This email is to memorialize that we met onsite on September 23, 2019. You agreed to purchase
1,986 bales of alfalfa hay at $6.00/bale, with the possibility of greater revenue for the District than
$6.00/bale, if the opportunity arises as you sell the hay.
Just acknowledge that the above statement as correct by replying to this email. You will have until
June 30, 2019 to pay for the purchase of the hay and any extra proceeds you can possibly generate
for the District from the sale of the hay.
