AN ORDINANCE OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 300, SECTIONS 7.2 (k) AND SECTION 8.22
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District as follows:
1. Section 7.2 of Ordinance No. 300 adopted August 2, 1979, is
hereby amended to add Section 7.2 (k) as follows:
ARTICLE VII. Section 7.2
(k)
Any industrial wastewater that is in
violation of applicable industrial
general pre-treatment regulation for
existing and new sources of pollution
as set forth in 40 CFR, Part 403,
adopted by the Environmental Protection
Agency under authorization of the 1977
Amendmen~ to the Clean Water Act, and
the industrial wastewater pre-treatment
program and rules and regulations therefore
of District.
2. Article VIII of Ordinance No. 300 adopted August 2, 1979, is
hereby amended to add Section 8.22 as follows:
ARTICLE VIII. Section 8.22 - ADDITIONAL
PROVISION IN INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FOR
PERMIT FORM
An application for an industrial connec-
tion shall include the following addition-
al provision in addition to those provisions
required by Section 8.2 of this Ordinance.
Any industrial wastewater discharged to the
District system shall not be in violation of
applicable industrial general pre-treatment
regulations for existing and new sources of
pollution as set forth in 40 CFR, Part 403,
adopted by the Environmental Protection
Agency under authorization of the 1977 Amend-
ments to the Clean Water Act, and the
industrial wastewater treatment program and
rules and regulations therefore of District.
3. ORDINANCE NO. 300, except as amended by this ORDINANCE NO. 328,
and any subsequent ORDINANCE, is hereby ratified and confirmed.
(4) This ORDINANCE shall take effect upon the expiration of
thirty (30) days after its passage and shall be posted by the Clerk of
the South Tahoe Public Utility District at three (3) public places in
said District at least one (1) week before the expiration of said period

after its passage and shall further be published in the Tahoe Daily
Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation one (1) time only, at
