A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
WHEREAS, the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT (hereafter referred
to as the District), and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereafter referred to as
Government), have agreed to execute a contract for the District to provide sewer
service to the Government in the Pope-Baldwin Recreation Area of the E1 Dorado
National Forest, and
WHEREAS, the District has reviewed a proposed contract submitted by the
Government, and
WHEREAS, the District has prepared a contract based on the contract
submitted by the Government, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has reviewed and approved,, the District
Contract,
NOW~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Robert W. Fesler, President of the
Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, be and hereby
is, authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the District, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of the District Contract and this
Resolution, be forwarded to the designated Government representatives.
PASSED and ADOPTED, at an adjourned regular meeting on the 25th day
of April 1968, by the following vote'-
