Resolution No. 1049 ADMINISTRATION BUILDING ADDITION
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District, E1 Dorado County, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the District Engineer of said District has filed with the
Secretary of said District his Engineer's Certificate as to the completion of all
of the work provided to be done under and pursuant to the contract between said
District and Thomas Construction Company, dated September 1, 1967, and,
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Board that said work
under said contract has been fully completed and done as provided in said contract
and the plans and specifications therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it is hereby
made and ordered.
2. That the District Clerk is directed to execute and file for record with
the County Recorder of the County of E1 Dorado, notice of acceptance and completion
thereof, as required by law.
3. That the District does not claim any liquidated damages pursuant to
Article B. 2 of the General Conditions of said contract.
