A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON BONDS
BONDS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. U-1
SERIES "B" - $900,000
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, as
follows:
1. Bids shall be called by the Clerk of the District for
the sale of $900,000 principal amount of bonds of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District for Improvement District No. U-I, desig-
nated Series "B", which bonds were provided to be issued pursuant
to Resolution No. 825 adopted by the Board on May 4, 196Z, and
by Resolution of said Board to be adopted thereafter.
2. Notice thereof shall be given by the Clerk causing to
be mailed copies of an Official Notice of Sale to various banks
and bond houses and other persons interested as determined by the
Clerk at least ten days before the date said bids are to be received.
~. The Board will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, and
Nixon Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Mitchell, New York, New York,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
