25 I, the undersigned, declare:
26 1. I am custodian of records of the South Tahoe Public Utility District ("District"), and
27 have the authority to certify the attached records as authentic business records of the
28 District, which is a public agency.
AFFIDAVIT OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS
1 2. The attached records are an electronic copy of true and authentic writings that I
2 compiled for copying and downloading by an employee of Alpine Computer on behalf of
3 defendants Slakey Brothers, Inc., J-M Manufacturing Company, Mueller Co., LLC, and
4 Western Nevada Supply Company, in response to California Public Records Act
5 Requests by each defendant.
6 3. The employee of Alpine Computer copied and/or downloaded all responsive
7 documents on the premises of the District at 1275 Meadow Crest Drive, South Lake
8
Tahoe, CA 96150, between October 29, 2018 and November 1, 2018.
9
4. The attached records were made and maintained in the regular course of
10
business by the District's employees.

5. The District produced all available records that were requested by Counsel for
12
Defendants above pursuant to Request Forms for Inspection of Public Records
13
14 submitted in July and August 2018.
15 6. Based on my investigation, I learned that there was a fire in one of the District's
16 warehouses that destroyed District records from a certain time period that was within
17 the time frame noted in the requests.
18 I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed
