Resolution No. 1028RESOLUTION NO. 1 0 2 8 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTtt TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AWARDING CONTRACT FOR ONE TRACTOR-MOUNTED BACKHOE LOADER UNIT YVHEREAS, pursuant to order of the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of California, notice was duly given for receiving of bids for ONE TRACTOR-MOUNTED BACKHOE LOADER UNIT, and said bid for said equipment was publicly opened, examined and declared, and at its regular meeting of February 15, 1968, all matters were duly considered by said Board: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the said' Board as follow s: 1. Said Board hereby awards the contract for supplying said BACKHOE to SOUTH SHORE MACHINE SHOP, at a price of eleven-thousand, eight-hundred and twelve dollars, and fifty cents ($11,812.50), named its bid. 2. The Clerk of said Board of Directors is hereby authorized to notify said successful bidder, all in accordance with specifications and bidders proposal placed on file with the District. ROBERT W.
