Resolution No. 1023WJML:RJH:gbb 1/31/68 8c RESOLUTION NO. 1 0 2 3 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 997, A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS AND PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BONDS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-2 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, this Board did on December 7, 1967, pass and adopt its Resolution No. 997, A Resolution Determining Unpaid Assess- ments and Providing for Issuance of Bonds, section 4 of which re- lates in part to the proportional payment of unpaid assessments in each year preceding the date of maturity for bonds issued; WHEREAS, this Board did on November 16, 1967, pass and adop its Resolution No. 952, A Resolution Classifying Assessments; NOW, THEREFORE~ IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that section 4 of said Resolution No. 997 be changed to conform to the provisions of sai~ Resolution No. 952 by amending said section 4 to read as follows: "4° Said bonds shall be issued in series, and the un- paid assessments as shown on said list filed with the County Treasurer of E1 Dorado County, as ex-officio Treasurer of said District, and determined by this Board, together with the in- terest thereon, shall remain and constitute a trust fund for the redemption and payment of said bonds and of the interest which may be due thereon, which unpaid assessments shall be taxable in annual series corresponding in number to the number of years of maturities therefor as set forth in Resolution No. 952, and an annual proportion of each assessment less than $1,000 shall be payable in each year preceding the date of ma- turity for each of the several bonds issued and numbered 1 through 312, and an annual proportion of each assessment o'f..:~ $1,000 or over shall be payable in each year preceding the date of maturity for each of the several bonds issued and numbered i through ?13, which annual proportions for each year shall total the amount of the several bonds issued which mature in the succeeding year, and such proportion of each assessment coming due in ~uy year, together with the annual interest thereon, shall in turn be payable in installments as the general taxes of said County on real property are payable~ ~nd shall become delinquent at the s~me time and in the s~ne proportionate amounts and bear the same proportionate penalties for delin~~ quencyo President South Tahoe Public Utility District Clerk ~nd Ex-officio Secretary I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and cor- rect copy of a resolution duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, at a meeting thereof duly held on the day of February , 1968, by the following vote: 1Sth AYES, and in favor thereof, Directors: NOES, Directors: None Wakeman Kortes Fesler Hegarty Ream ABSENT, Directors: None Clerk and Ex.officio Secretary South Tahoe Public Utility District -2-
