Resolution No. 1171RESOLUTION NOo 1171 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR AN EASEMENT NOW HELD BUT NO LONGER NEEDED° RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows: WHEREAS, the easement (property) hereinafter described and preciously granted to grantor has become surplus to the needs of the grantor, and grantor has received an additional easement from grantee in substitution and for consideration of quitclaiming to grantee of the easement hereinafter described o NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: That the President of the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT is authorized to execute the Quitclaim Deed as set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT at a duly held regular meeting on September 19,1968, by the following vote: AYES: Directors Wakeman, Kortes, Fesler, Ream, and Hegarty NOES: None ABSENT: None Robert W. Callahan, Clerk of the South Tahoe Public Utility District and ex-officio Secretary of the Board of Directors thereof° (SEAL) 1967-2-533 QUITCLAIM DEED SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, a public Utility District does hereby release, remise and forever quitclaim to STEFAN NIEDZIELA andANIELA NIEDZIELA, his wife, as joint tenants, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described as: A portion of Sections 2 and 11, T. '12N., R. 1SE., M.D.M., El Dorado County, Califoffnia. A 15.0 foot wide strip of land lying Northeasterly of and immediately adjacent to the following described line: Commencing at the most Westerly corner of Lot 63, Montgomery Estates Unit No. 1, as shown on that map recorded tn Book "C" 'of Maps at Page 69, E1 Dorado County Records; thence, N. 59° 36' E., 115 feet more or less to the point of beginning of this line; thence, from said point of beginning, S. 60°00'00'' E., 30 feet; thence, S. 04°00'00'' E., 97 feet more or less to the point of termination on the SEly line of said Lot 63, from whence the most Southerly corner bears S. 64° 20'00" W., 30 feet more or less.
