Resolution No. 1170STPUD:DWC:cc RESOLUTION NO. 1170 A RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SCHEDULE II OF FOREST SERVICE SEWER SYSTEM 9-19-68 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, State of California, that WHEREAS, the South Tahoe Public Utility District entered into a Contract with the U.S. Forest Service to construct Forest Service Sewer System, and the funds to construct said system are to be provided from the U. S. Forest Service, and WHEREAS, after receiving bids for construction of said system it was found that there was insufficient funds of the U. S. Forest Service to construct the whole system, and WHEREAS, the owner reserved the right to reject any and all proposals, and the proposals provided for two schedules, and WHEREAS, the Contract Documents, Special Conditions, Section A, provides the right to award a single contract, or two contracts. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that all proposals for Schedule II are hereby rejected. Robert W. Fesler, President South Tahoe Public Utility District ATTEST: David W.
