Resolution No. 1134RESOLUTION NO. 1134 Resolution accepting Grant of Easement, South Tahoe Public Utility District. Be it resolved by the members of the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District that said South Tahoe Public Utility District does hereby accept those certain Grant of Easements dated ~uly 18, and 31, 1968, from Winston A. [ones and Reba Fern ~ones, grantors to South Tahoe Public Utility District, grantee, a copy of which Grant of Easements is attached hereto as Exhibit A and by reference incorporated herein. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted by South Tahoe Public Utility District at a regular meeting thereof held August 1, 1968, by the following vote, to wit: Aye s: Noes: Absent: Fesler, Kortes, Ream and Hegarty None Wakeman SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT Secretary 1967-4E-1394 GRANT OF EASEMENT WINSTON A. JONES and REBA FERN JONES husband and wife as Joint Tenants hereby grant and dedicate to SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, a Public Utility District organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, an easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, repairing, maintaining and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor, on, under, beneath and across that certain property in the County of E1 Dorado, State of California, described as: A portion of Tahoe Paradise Unit No. 33 located in Sections 30 and 31, T.12N., R. 1SE., M.D.M., E1 Dorado County, California. A portion of Lot 1394 more particularly described as follows: The Southeasterly 10.0 feet of the Northwesterly 17.50 feet of Lot 1394, Tahoe P~radise Unit No. 33 as shown on that map recorded~in Book "D" of Maps at Page 29, E1 Dorado County Records. Conditions of grant by grantors: Upon completion of the sewer installation, the ground surface will be restored to its original condition insofar as possible by grantee and grantee shall make every effort to keep in- convenience to and disturbance of the property to a minimum. Any damage to the surface of the property by movement of or use of equipment will be repaired and restored to its original condition insofar as possible. Ail felled trees will be removed from the premises by the grantee. Any wash or erosion of the easement or in the immediate vicinity of the easement will be corrected by the grantee to prevent continuing damage to the property. My Commission Expires 1967-4E-1343 GRANT OF EASEMENT WINSTON A JONES and REBA FERN JONES husband and wife as Ioint Tenants hereby grant and dedicate to SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, a Public Utilily District organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, an easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, repairing, maintaining and operating sanitary sewers and appurtenances, together with the right of ingress and egress therefor, on, under beneath and across that certain property in the County of E1 Dorado, State of California, described as: A portion of Tahoe Paradise Unit No 33 located in Sections 30 and 31, T. 12 N., R. 18 E., M.D.M., E1 Dorado County, California. A 10.0 foot wide strip of land lying Southeasterly of and immediately adjacent to the following described line: Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot 1343, Tahoe Paradise Unit No. 33 as shown on that map recorded in Book D of Maps, Page 29, E1 Dorado County Records; thence, from said point of beginning, along the Northerly line of said Lot 1343 S. 64° 31'00" W., 20.00 feet to the point of termination. Also a 10.0 foot wide Temporary Working Easement lying Southeasterly of and immediately adjacent to the above described Utility Easement. The sideline of said strips of land to end at right angles with the terminal course.
