Resolution No. 1132RESOLUTION NO. 1132 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE ISSUANCE OF SUBDISTRICT BONDS IS NOT SUBJECT TO PRIOR INVESTIGATION, REPORT AND APPROVAL BY CALIFORNIA DISTRICT SECURITIES COMMISSION SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-4A ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-4B ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-4C ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-4D ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-4E RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows: 1. The South Tahoe Public Utility District, herein called "District," is a public utilities district formed pursuant to the provisions of the Public Utility District Act (Division 7 of the Public Utilities Code of the State of California). 2. This Board proposes to issue on and after August 15, 1968, subdistrict bonds in the amounts and for the assessment districts hereinafter set forth, to wit: Assessment District 1967-4A Assessment District 1967-4B Assessment District 1967-4C Assessment District 1967-4D Assessment District 1967-4E I542,532.64 592,585.00 503,480.00 493,854'.00 651,299o00 The bonds for Assessment District 1967-4A will be designated as "Improvement Bonds, South Tahoe Public Utility District, Assessment District 1967-4A," and the designations for the bonds for each of the other subdistricts will be identical thereto except for the sub- stitution of the appropriate letter following the number 4. The amount of the bonds to be issued for each of said subdistricts may be somewhat less than the amounts set forth by reason of cash pay- ments made by the owners of property prior to issuance of the bonds. Such bonds are to be issued by District under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Each of the special assessment districts, which are identified and referred to as "Assessment District 1967-4A," ~k~sessment District 1967-dB," "Assessment District 1967-4C," Assess- ment District 1967-4D," and "Assessment District 1967-4E" in the pro- ceedings being conducted by this Board with respect thereto, comprise less than the entire territory of District. ~. Section 58753 of the District Securities Investigation Law of 1965 (Chapter 2.5, Division l, Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California), provides, in part, that the issuance of subdistrict bonds shall be subject to prior investigation, report and approval by the California District Securities Commission, herein cali~d "Commission," whenever all of the conditions set forth in sub- sec%ions (a), (b) and (c) thereof are present. 4. There are more than 500 registered voters residing within the entire South Tahoe Public Utility District. 5. The condition set forth in subsection (a) of Section 58753 is not present. 6. This Board hereby determines that the issuance of the sub- district bonds set forth in Section 2 hereof is not subject to prior investigation, report and approval by Commission. 7. The Secretary is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with Commission at least fourteen (14) days prior to date of the issuance of the bonds.
