Wastewater Convevance System All District raw sewage Pump Stations performed well with no major incidence or spills. 1. A new submersible pump station was installed to replace Vacuum Valve Station #6 in the Fallen Leaf Lake System. 2. Main influent valve was replaced at the Upper Truckee Pump Station, requiring shut down and holding of the main truck line from the Meyers area, completed with no problems. District's gravity collection System 1. A 10' section of 6" main was replaced on Shepherds Trail due to an off-set in the pipe. It created a low (belly) in the main requiring monthly cleaning. 2. A 16' section of 6" main was replaced on Osgood behind Chevy' Restaurant. Pipe section had corroded through due to years of drain cleaner use from restaurant and service station. Alpine Countv Disposal Facilities • No modifications, additions or major maintenance were performed. • No major problems occurred.
