The District is reporting as required by the Wastewater Reclamation Permit (Board Order R6T-2004-0010A3, WDID No. 6A095900700). Wastewater Reclamation Permit (Board Order R6T-2004-0010A1 Z The effluent met all the requirements set forth in the Board Order for this quarter; there were no violations. ' Emer enc Retention Basin ERB 'I No wastewater was pumped to the ERB during this quarter. There was no wastewater remaining in the ERB on September 30, 2015. The ERB was inspected on June 2, 2015. The report is included. Export Pipeline The District's Final effluent export pipeline route was not inspected this quarter. Wastewater Reclamation Permit Compliance This monitoring program provides for discontinued surFace water monitoring, except SW-01, SW-05, and SW-06, during the months of December, January and February. LRWQCB - Page 2 Operational Problems or Major Maintenance Activities Modifications and operational problems occurring during this quarter are detailed in the section titled Operational Problems and Maintenance Activities at the end of this report. 0 100.0% Operational Problems and Major Maintenance Activities July — September2015 Wastewater Treatment Facilities • Primary#2 and Aeration Basin #1 are currently out of service for rehabilitation. • A brief interruption in hypochlorite feed resulted in one high coliform count on 08/19/2015. No violation occurred. Wastewater Conveyance Svstem • Approximately 400 feet of 6" SDR 26 PVC Sewer Pipe was replaced on Osgood St. completed 9-21-2015. Installation involved 3 manholes and multiple services. • No major problems occurred.
