The District is reporting as required by the Wastewater Reclamation Permit (Board Order R6T-2004-0010A3, WDID No. 6A095900700). Wastewater Reclamation Permit (Board Order R6T-2004-0010A1). The effluent met all the requirements set forth in the Board Order for this quarter; there were no violations. Emergency Retention Basin (ERB) 7.02 MG of wastewater was pumped to the ERB during this quarter on November 2, 3, and 4, 2016. This was done so upgrades at the Luther Pass Pump Station could be made. There was no wastewater remaining in the ERB on December 31 , 2016. The ERB was inspected on December 19, 2016; the report is attached. Export Pipeline The District's Final effluent export pipeline route was not inspected this quarter. Wastewater Reclamation Permit Compliance This monitoring program provides for discontinued surface water monitoring, except SW-01, SW-05, and SW-06, during the months of December, January and February. LRWQCB - Page 2 Operational Problems or Major Maintenance Activities Modifications and operational problems occurring during this quarter are detailed in the section titled Operational Problems and Major Maintenance Activities in this report. Notes Sampling and analysis problems for offsite sample locations are listed in the Sample Comments section. We did export to the Emergency Retention Basin several of times to support construction tasks (pump motor tie-ins) at Luther Pass. Wastewater Conveyance System • Sewer Pump Stations o Replaced a 12" valve on the force main at Johnson pump station. o Rebuilt a pump at Bijou pump station. o Flushed the 12" force main from Johnson pump station to the plant. o General maintenance of all stations. • Collection System o No problem or major activities Alpine County Disposal Facilities • Thomas Haen Company continues to work on the district's Diamond Valley Ranch Irrigation Improvements Project, Phase 1. They continue to work on construction of the control building, filter-pad assembly, and the DVR 1 Pipeline.
