The District is reporting as required by the Wastewater Reclamation Permit (Board Order R6T-2004-0010A3, WDID No. 6A095900700). Wastewater Reclamation Permit (Board Order R6T-2004-0010A1). The effluent met all the requirements set forth in the Board Order for this quarter; there were no violations. Emergency Retention Basin (ERB) 1.75 MG of wastewater was pumped to the ERB during this quarter. This was done to work on the new Alpine County hydroelectric generator project. There was no wastewater remaining in the ERB on December 31, 2017. The ERB was inspected on October 3, 2017; the report is attached. Export Pipeline The District's Final effluent export pipeline route was not inspected this quarter. Wastewater Reclamation Permit Compliance This monitoring program provides for discontinued surface water monitoring, except SW-01, SW-05, and SW-06, during the months of December, January and February. LRWQCB - Page 2 Operational Problems or Major Maintenance Activities Modifications and operational problems occurring during this quarter are detailed in the section titled Operational Problems and Major Maintenance Activities in this report. Notes Sampling and analysis problems for offsite sample locations are listed in the Sample Comments section. The expected life of the new equipment is in excess of twenty years. Wastewater Conveyance System • Sewer Pump Stations o .10/4/17 Al Tahoe — Pulled 90hp pump #3 to de-rag and replaced wear ring. o 10/5/17 Luther Pass — Pulled 1000hp pump #3 for rebuild. o 11/1/17 Fallen Leaf Lake — Started up new pumps#1  at FL-4 o 11/28/17 Fallen Leaf Lake Main Station — Replaced vacuum pump#1 o 11/29/17 Fallen Leaf Lake — Replaced sump at FL-6 o 11/30/17 Luther Pass — Installed rebuilt 1000 hp pump #3 o 12/14/17 Ponderosa — Replaced ball checks for pumps#1 o 12/15/17 Al Tahoe — Pulled 90 hp pump #2 for rebuild o 12/19/17 Ski Run — Replaced flow meter o 12/28/17 Upper Truckee — Replaced rotating element on pump #2 • Collection System o Inserted new manhole liner at Al Tahoe Sewer Station, manhole AT#1. o Installed, at Fallen Leaf Lake, two 2" force mains from Vacuum Valve Station 3 to the connection points at Vacuum Valve Station 4.
