The District is reporting as required by the Wastewater Reclamation Permit (Board Order R6T-2004-0010A3, WDID No. 6A095900700). Wastewater Reclamation Permit (Board Order R6T-2004-0010A1). The effluent met all the requirements set forth in the Board Order for this quarter; there were no violations. Emergency Retention Basin (ERB) No wastewater was pumped to the ERB during this quarter. There was no wastewater remaining in the ERB on June 30, 2018. The ERB was inspected on May 29, 2018; the report is attached. Export Pipeline The District's Final effluent export pipeline route was not inspected this quarter. Wastewater Reclamation Permit Compliance This monitoring program provides for continuous surface water monitoring, except during the months of December, January and February when only SW-01, SW-05, and SW-06 are monitored. LRWQCB - Page 2 Operational Problems or Major Maintenance Activities Modifications and operational problems occurring during this quarter are detailed in the section titled Operational Problems and Major Maintenance Activities in this report. Notes Sampling and analysis problems for offsite sample locations are listed in the Sample Comments section. Related activities included: o Diversion of flow from Break Point Structure to Pond #2 to allow for demolition of structure and existing piping. o Demolition and replacement of conduit runs in preparation for the installation of new generator. Wastewater Conveyance System • Sewer Pump Stations o Pump #3 at Johnson Sewer Pump Station was rebuilt. o Pump #2 at Ponderosa Sewer Pump Station was replaced. o A leak on the force main at Gardner Sewer Pump Station was repaired. o Fallen Leaf#9 Sewer Pump Station was converted from vacuum power to pure electric power. • Collection System o No major maintenance activities or problems reported. Alpine County Disposal Facilities • There were no modifications or additions to, or any major maintenance or construction conducted on, or any major problems occurring at the disposal facilities in Alpine County from April thru June.
