Hi Pete-
The Responsiveness Summary (RS) presents responses to specific comments received in Section III of
the April 16, 2020 PES comment letter for the Draft IRAP and FS prepared for the South Y Feasibility
Study. For brevity sake and file size management the attachments to the RS are not included. I
assume you have these document as Attachment A is the April 16, 2020 PES comment letter and
Attachment B is the April 24, 2020 supplemental comment letter received from Counsel for Fox
Management Corp. and Seven Springs Limited Partnership. The complete RS along with attachments
will be posted on the Groundwater web page of the District’s web site under the “Groundwater
Contamination at the South “Y” Area heading (http://stpud.us/. ).
