For brevity sake and file size management the attachments to the RS are not included. I assume you have these document as Attachment A is the April 16, 2020 PES comment letter and Attachment B is the April 24, 2020 supplemental comment letter received from Counsel for Fox Management Corp. and Seven Springs Limited Partnership.
