Brian,
As requested by you during a telephone conversation on November 27, 2017, PES has prepared this
email to provide the RWQCB with the schedule to complete the CPT/MIP and groundwater
investigation at the LTLW site. As we discussed, the schedule is subject to CPT/MIP availability and
the earliest start date we were able to schedule was 12/26/17. The City of SLT requested moving
the start date to 1/2/18 to avoid heavy congestion associated with the holidays and that request
appears appropriate. Accordingly, the start date for the CPT/MIP and groundwater investigation is
January 2, 2018. We will confirm the start date with you at least 72 hours before the scheduled
