Hi Jennifer-
I am fine with receiving electronic invoice submittals for this project.
A couple items;
· Please attach a copy of the updated Project Status workbook used for each Invoice; and
· Please broaden the summary of activities to include descriptions of activities required under
the Grant Agreement for Progress Reports (see below). If this is done monthly, they can be
readily available for compilation into the quarterly reports.
A-5. Reporting.
(a) Progress Reports. The Recipient shall submit quarterly progress reports, using a format
provided by the Grant Manager, within forty-five (45) days following the end of the calendar
quarter (March, June, September, and December) to the Grant Manager. Progress Reports
shall provide a brief description of activities that have occurred, milestones achieved,
monitoring results (if applicable), and any problems encountered in the performance of the
work under this Agreement during the applicable reporting period. Reporting shall be
required even if no grant-related activities occurred during the reporting period. The
Recipient shall document all activities and expenditures in progress reports, including work
performed by contractors.

I’m helping Sachi with the invoicing for the South Y FS of Remedial Alternatives Project. Attached is
the PDF invoice and invoice summary for the period 11/25/2018 – 2/23/2018. After this invoice we
plan on invoicing on a monthly basis. Does the electronic invoice work for you or would you prefer
the invoice be mailed to you?
Below is a summary of the activities under this invoice:
Task C: Submit GPS and Monitoring Plan (MP) and Monitoring and Reporting Plan (MRP)
Drafting monitoring plan and well survey scope of work
Task D: Prepare Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP)
Drafting QAPP for inclusion in Pre-Design Investigation Workplan
Task F: Permitting for Field Work
Drafting permit applications for El Dorado County, Lahontan Regional Water Quality
Control Board, and Tahoe Regional Planning Agency. Also drafting materials for access
to City of South Lake Tahoe and Liberty Utility properties.
Task G: Establish TAC, Kickoff Meeting and up to 3 TAC Conf call/webcasts
Drafting materials, coordinating conference call, and participating in the first Technical
Advisory Committee meeting held on January 25, 2018.
Task H: MOU Preparation
Support District in MOU preparation.
Task I: Prepare Pre-Design Investigation Workplan
Draft Workplan for the Pre-Design Investigation
Task J: Conduct Pre Design Investigation and Prepare Report
Investigate field methods for use during the Pre-Design Investigation.
Coordinate subconsultants and develop subconsultant scopes of work for the Pre-
Design Investigation.
Task M: Feasibility Study
Weekly coordination calls with District.
Biweekly internal coordination with project team.
Monitoring budgets and scopes of work for overall project.
Quality Control of Pre-Design Investigation Workplan.
Task Q: Outreach
Preparation of PowerPoint slides and figures for the first public outreach meeting.
Attendance and participation in the first public outreach meeting held on February 7,
2018 at City of South Lake Tahoe City Hall.
