Hi Jennifer‐
I am not sure that we have a specific report to which we have been referring. However, I have attached the agenda and
the slides for Item 4 from the June 21 TAC meeting, which was presented by KJ. Slides 5 & 6 refer to the 3 alternatives
that we thought STPUD had directed KJ to continue to develop. Maybe that is a faulty assumption on our part.
In any case, if KJ is only working on Alternative 1, we are further confused by the requests for operational data since Alt
1 is base treatment with no new infrastructure. Without further direction from our Board, which we anticipate
receiving this weekend, we cannot comment further at this time.
And, finally, as previously requested, please be sure to include Dave Peterson and Kirk Wooldridge on ALL
correspondence to the Keys regarding these issues.
Thank you,
Andy Kopania

Hi Andy,
Can you send me the version of the Draft Feasibility Study you are referring to? KJ has only been working on the
development of Alternative 1, so I’m not sure what version of the Feasibility Study that you are referring to.
Thanks!

Jennifer‐
I am hoping that we will be able to get our written comments on the modeling and current draft of the FS completed
next week, and then get direction from our Board during their next meeting July 19‐20. Thus, a call next week might not
be very productive or informative. The following week would be a better choice, from our perspective.
Hope we can make that work.

Hello,
We discussed this with Ivo and we understand where you’re coming from. We hope that you can still participate in the
call we’re trying to set up for next week, because we would like to make sure we address this and other concerns about
the Feasibility Study.
Thank you,

Any requests related to the Tahoe Keys Water Company system should be made to the manager, Dave Peterson, with
copies to me and to our General Manager, Kirk Wooldridge. I have cc'd both of them on this response.
After a call we had with representatives of the State Water Board last Friday, we are awaiting further direction from our
Board of Directors and legal counsel on this issue. We do not anticipate this occurring until our next Board meeting on
July 20, 2019.
Sorry for any inconvenience but without approval from our Board, we do not have the authority to provide any
additional information regarding our water system.

Hi Andy,

We in KJ were working through the baseline alternative, and we realized with the Fourth of July weekend approaching,
this would be a great time to gather pumping data for each of the wells to see how they operate during a peak hour
demand. Is this something you could also provide? We would also be interested in other data that could inform the
diurnal demand/well pumping curves for the system.
Please let us know if you have any questions! Thanks again!
