Hi Ivo,
Attached is the Pure Effect quote for the GAC rental including media, rental of 2 GAC units, a bag
filter, shipping/handling, and return of equipment (which includes cleaning of media, but we pay for
and send a sample of the media to a lab facility for testing). This totals to $13,040.
We recommend going with Pure Effect, based on a comparison of the quote you received from
Calgon in November 2017 which totaled about $15,000.

on the terms and conditions. We are looking for delivery of the rental equipment on April 22 and
usage through May 4.
It is my understanding that for our project you can provide:
Two 2000-lbs GAC vessels liquid phase media to operate in parallel (100 gpm capacity each)
One mechanical bag filter to pretreat prior to the GAC vessels
Delivery and pick-up of GAC vessels and media (we will provide truck loading/unloading)
Not included:
Setup/connection of GAC units
Sample testing of used GAC media
