Below is a link to an August 22, 2019 memorandum and associated enclosures. The memorandum
summarizes the status of Investigative Orders issued on April 3, 2019 which required the completion
of site history questionnaires. Information obtained from the completed questionnaires are
supporting current efforts to characterize the regional PCE contamination in the South Y area.
