Jeff Mathews passed along your email regarding the site investigation at 953 Eloise. I am the
Easement and Right of Way coordinator and I have been asked to represent Liberty. If you could
please provide more detail, perhaps a parcel map showing the area you intend to use as a
“temporary work area” it would be very helpful. As you might be aware, parking at our facility is very
limited so any impact or loss of parking, even temporarily, would be a concern. Please feel free to
give me a call to discuss this matter. I would also be happy to meet you over here to discuss the
details at any time.
