PDI Site Investigation - Liberty Utilities Temporary Access (933 Eloise Ave.)From:Ivo Bergsohn To:Jeff Matthews (Jeff.Matthews@libertyutilities.com) Cc:Sachi Itagaki; Shannon Cotulla Bcc:gkvistad@bhfs.com; Richard Solbrig Subject:PDI Site Investigation - Liberty Utilities Temporary Access (933 Eloise Ave.) Date:Tuesday, January 30, 2018 8:35:01 AM Hi Jeff- The District is planning to conduct a site investigation on the CSLT Eloise Retention Basin Property (953 Eloise Avenue), adjoining the Liberty Utilities property at 933 Eloise Avenue. The site investigation would entail the drilling and construction of a Test Well within the southwest corner of the CSLT property immediately east of the paved parking/snow storage area in the southeast corner of the Liberty property. The purpose of the test well drilling program is to collect subsurface data that would be used for the engineering design of extraction wells to remove tetrachloroethylene (PCE) contamination from groundwater. The District wishes to discuss entering into a access agreement with Liberty that would allow the District to use the southeast corner of the Liberty property as a temporary work area for the test well drilling program. Please call or send an email with the contact information for the appropriate person at Liberty, to further discuss this matter.
