Ivo,
The certificate of insurance looks fine. EKI provide the endorsements for additional insured and
Waiver of right to recover for the Workers’ Comp. The other coverage requirements are listed in the
Certificate of Insurance but copies of those endorsements were not provided. It would be best if EKI
provided copies of all required endorsements unless you feel comfortable relying on the list in the
certificate of insurance.

Hi Gary-
I got a call from Paul Hoffey yesterday concerning suggested changes to the Access Agreement from
the responsible parties for the groundwater sampling of CL-2 and CL-3. I thought that many of the
changes were relatively minor; however there were a couple changes that I need your input on;
· Terms & Conditions 1. RP’s want to strike last sentence; and
· Terms & Conditions 9.10. RP’s want to strike last sentence.
From my conversation with Paul H., I am expecting a redline version of the Agreement sometime
later today, along with copies of Insurance Certificates showing the coverages required in the
Agreement. I’ll forward these to you for review later today.
I’ve got meetings from 10:30 to 11:30 and 4:00 to 5:00 today, other than that I’m open if you want
to get together on a call.

Board to enter into an Access Agreement for the sampling of CL-2 and CL-3. Gary Kvistad, District
Legal Counsel is working on an Access Agreement for Fox/Seven Springs acceptance. I hope to have a
draft to you by the end of next week.
Also for your use, attached is a site survey and photos of the Clement Monitoring Wells. I am
working with District crews to have CL-2 uncovered and staked prior to February 5, 2019.
