Hi Paul-
In reply to your request I have prepared the attached agenda item seeking action from the District’s
Board to enter into an Access Agreement for the sampling of CL-2 and CL-3. Gary Kvistad, District
Legal Counsel is working on an Access Agreement for Fox/Seven Springs acceptance. I hope to have a
draft to you by the end of next week.
Also for your use, attached is a site survey and photos of the Clement Monitoring Wells. I am
working with District crews to have CL-2 uncovered and staked prior to February 5, 2019.
