The executed Agreement by Fox (see signature page) The executed Agreement by SSLP (see signature page, and added page at the end). Note that Fox and SSLP had already signed the Final version before you sent over the Word doc. I presume you can put the pieces together and create the Final version for STPUD execution? The fully executed version can be emailed back to me in PDF format, and I can distribute to SSLP and Fox for its records. Attached are site photos showing the CL-2 monitoring well. Both CL- 1 and CL-2 locations are staked. Your crews will be responsible for uncovering these wellheads for its sampling. We hope to get an executed AA back to you either by EOD today or Monday. We are still planning to conduct the well sampling Tuesday am, however, there is a chance that we might want to move it to Wednesday am. Let me know if Wednesday am would be an issue for STPUD providing access.
