I went ahead and accepted your track changes and if you’re in agreeance, we can say that these are the final drafts? I also went ahead and incorporated Exhibit A into the Hold Harmless Agreement so there’s one less file floating around. That way, if there are any issues or concerns with the well in the future, there’s a clear history of its existence. For example, in the unlikely scenario that the City were to ever sell this parcel, we’d like to have it documented that a well was dug on this property. Not a likely scenario, but it is possible. After reading through your question and taking a closer look at the Hold Harmless agreement, I noticed that I forgot to attach an Exhibit A to the document. I went ahead and put one together to accompany it. Is it too late to have your board review this item? One question – The Hold Harmless has a clause (Item 4) requiring the CSLT to record the document with the County Recorder; just wondering why this is needed for this project; or is this included in case of further improvements are requested should the test well be converted to an Extraction Well? I believe the Agreements are Ok for our Board signature, as-is. I can send you signed copies for Ray’s signature after the Board Meeting, if you prefer. Please see the attached documents for your review. I wasn’t able to get the signatures I needed today since my director wanted a little more time to review them, but I would expect that the final versions will be very similar to these, if not exactly the same. The outlet structure elevation is at 6,254 (from the actual toe at 6,251.5) and the overflow spillway is at 6,254.5. For our TMDL load reduction modelling, we estimate the basin to have wet footprint of 15,000 sq. feet, and a total volume of 37,500 cubic feet, Jason Burke Stormwater Program Coordinator City of South Lake Tahoe 1052 Tata Lane South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 (530) 542-6038 jburke@cityofslt.us From: Ivo Bergsohn [mailto:Ibergsohn@stpud.dst.ca.us] Sent: Tuesday, February 20, 2018 10:22 AMTo: Randy Carlson; Jason BurkeCc: Sachi ItagakiSubject: RE: Site Access Agreement, 953 Eloise Avenue Hi Randy/Jason- Attached is a draft Agenda Item which I prepared for the Access Agreement for the CSLT Property at 953 Eloise Avenue. Let me know if you guys will be able to get the CSLT terms/conditions that we need to include in the Agreement by the end of this week. A couple of other questions about the CSLT Property/Site Investigation; · The District is planning to park 500-bbl Mobile Fluid Storage Tank (s) along the south boundary of 953 Eloise Avenue, within CSLT Right-of-Way. Will the District also need to complete an Encroachment Permit for use of the CSLT Right-of-Way; or can this use be included as a term/condition in the Access Agreement?; and · KJC Is preparing a Notice of Intent for a CRWQCB- Lahontan General NPDES Permit (CAG916001) for surface water disposal of treated groundwater to the Eloise Retention Basin. Can you please confirm the volume estimated by the CSLT for this basin; also please provide the dimensions of this basin used for this estimate. Sheet 8 of the Construction Plans (PWC 1986-06) indicates that this basin is 4 feet from the top margin to its toe. Let me know if this format would also work for the CSLT; and if so, please send me your terms/conditions so that they can be incorporated into a separate Agreement with CSLT for the Eloise Retention Basin Property. If possible please send me CSLT changes by the end of next week, so we can finalize the Agreement and bring it to our Board for approval in the beginning of March.
