Hi Chris/Jeremy-
I wanted to give you a head’s up that I will be bringing the attached Access Agreement
to the Board for approval at tomorrow’s Board Meeting (on Consent Calendar). The
Access Agreement is for use of the Tata Well Site by AECOM for the temporary storage
of equipment and materials starting on July 6th through November 1st . This is the same
access that the District provided to AECOM in 2019. A copy of the BMP Plan used to
protect the District property is also attached to this email.
Last year the gate was kept closed and daisy-chained locked with AECOM.
Let me know if you have any concerns with the proposed use of this property during
the 2020 construction season.
