External Email Ivo- I was told that last year the storage area was sometimes used for storing lined bins containing sol and water from the drilling program. I was told that these bins were placed in secondary containment and that straw waddles were placed along the downgradient slope of the area were the bins were stored. The waste streams were characterized, profiled and disposed of as non- hazardous waste. . Please confirm if the yard cannot be utilized for this purpose in 2020, and I will re-issue the insurance certificates removing the language. If the yard can be used for this purpose, I will re-issue the insurance cert to more accurately describe the wastes as “ non-hazardous investigation-derived waste” instead of “industrial derived waste”. Can you correct this language to coincide with the Access Agreement?
