2. The easements and rights of way in Parcel(s) 21-410-11
are for the purpose of constructing, operating
using, maintaining, repairing and replacing underground pumps and
all necessary pipes, connections, appliances and appurtenances
thereto, for lifting and transmitting sewage, all of which shall
be underground, together with the right of ingress and egress
thereto over a practicable route.
3. The easement and right of way in Parcel(s) 21-410-1113
for the purpose of constructing, operating, using, maintaining,.
repairing and replacing sewer pipelines and appurtenances, all of
which shall be underground, together with the right of ingress and
egress thereto over a practicable route.
4. The District shall promptly backfill any excavation made
by it on said easements so as to leave the surface of the ground as
nearly as possible in the condition prior to commencement of work.
5. The District will not unreasonably interfere with any use
by the Grantor of said Parcel(s) that is not inconsistent with the.
District's full enjoyment of the rights hereby granted.
6. The District hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
the Grantor, its agents and employees, from any loss or damage and
from any liability on account of personal injury, death, or property
damage, or claims for personal injury, death, or property damage of
any nature whatsoever and by whomsoever rade arising out of the
District's activities under this easement.
