CME personnel arrived onsite to perform observation and testing as the Vinciguerra crew continued to work on
the Bowers and Bijou waterline replacement projects.
Arrived onsite at 8:00am and looked for the crew, looked on both projects, Bijou and Bowers but found them in
the yard awaiting instructions.
They went to Fairway and began to jack hammer and mini excavator to dig out the smaller AC patches where
the water services were tied in. They also used the jack hammer to remove the AC at the intersection of Pine Crest
and Fairway where the TRI valve cluster was located. The AC was removed so concrete could be placed at a later
time.
A couple of sections of asphalt also looked like they were missed the first time when marks were placed. They
were located at 1205 Fairway and 3528 Ferndale. The asphalt will have to be removed and replaced the next time
asphalt is ordered.
