CME personnel arrived onsite to perform observation and testing as the Vinciguerra crew continued to work on
the Bowers and Bijou waterline replacement projects.
Arrived onsite at 8:00am and found that the Vinciguerra crew had not arrived onsite and ran over to the Cold
Creek project. Did perform a walk through to see what had been completed and what still needed attention on the
punch list, there was still no sign of the Vinciguerra crew.
At the Cold Creek project the Haen crew continued work for the new 8” PVC waterline. Was informed by Taylor
with STPUD that they had passed the pressure test and the plan was to flush the line and prep for bacteria testing.
The STPUD lab was called and bacteria testing was performed. They will have to perform another one in 24 hours
and have both tests pass in order to move forward.
