Dear Chris:
In order to provide cost certainty for our clients, The Shpigler Group bills on a fixed-fee basis
rather than billing by the hour. We are prepared to complete all of the requirements as
described above for a fixed professional fee of $78,000. Expenses for travel are billed at cost (no
markup).
