CME personnel arrived onsite at 8:00am.
A crew member from Vinciguerra arrived at approximately 9:30am and began to lay out saw cut lines for the trench
on Meadow Crest, Clear Creek, and Muir. The plan is to have the saw cutter onsite tomorrow morning. There were
questions as we got to the 90 degree bend on Meadow Crest. The layout would have run on top of the sewer
lateral, so it was moved approximately 4' to the west where it stayed in line with the trench. The plans also call for
the trench to run to the south of the asphalt on the section of Meadow Crest that runs east, but Trevor asked if it
stated that with the proximity to the power poles it makes more sense to move to the asphalt.
