Contractor installed saddles for hot taps on both lines One 6X10 Tapping Saddle and one 6x6
tapping saddle Pressure tested both saddles Drilled and tested two unmarked steel water lines
both pipes were dead Ran a 25 foot tape down pipe to check for any valves and was clear
concreted the ends of the pipes in both ditches after cutting them out of the way
