CME personnel arrived onsite at 0800.
Drove to the Black Bart project and the Ham Lane project and the contractor was not seen in either location.
The contractor was found on the Bijou project working on the areas of settlement that had occurred around the
meters and shutoffs. They were raising the G-5 shutoff boxes placing base and using a hand tamp or jumping jack
(if it would fit). They also dug out saturated material if needed prior to the placement and compaction of the new
base. However there were areas that excessive moisture and will have to be readdressed. These areas are the
trench 3629 Forest, the double service for 3628 and 3624 Forest, the G-5 can at 3588 Shirley and the service at
3610 Vanda Lee.
The crew was unable to finish the Bowers side today and did not know when they would return.
CME personnel departed site 5:00pm.
