AN ORDINANCE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 1961-1
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
1. Pursuant to order of this Board, notice was duly given
for the receiving of bids for work under Resolution of Intention
No. 287 adopted by this Board on March 16, 1961, and said Board
did duly convene at the time and place specified in said notice,
and all matters were duly considered by said Board and all bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared.
2. Said Board hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids,
except those hereinafter mentioned and hereby awards the contract
for doing the work and improvements and furnishing the materials,
supplies and equipment necessary therefor, to the lowest
responsible bidder, to wit= Joe D. Miller and Earl O. Ince
at the unit prices named in its bid.
3. The President of said Board is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and
to receive and approve all bonds in connection therewith, and the
Clerk is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of said District.
4. Within 23 days after the adoption of this Ordinance,
copies hereof shall be posted in three public places in this
District.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true, full and
correct copy of an Ordinance adopted by the Board of Directors of
the South Tahoe Public Utility District at a meeting thereof duly
held on the 6th day of July, 1961, by the following vote of the
members thereof=
