ORDINANCE NO. V 7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NOS. 59 AND 71, AND PROVIDING FOR
COMPENSATION OF THE GENERAL MANAGER
OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, County of E1 Dorado, State of
California, as follows:
1. That the General Manager, as an officer of the South
Tahoe Public Utility District, shall receive as compensation for
said office the sum of NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN DOLLARS, 67 CENTS
($916.67) per month, fifteen (15) working days vacation for each
full year of employment by said District, which said vacation
shall not be accumulated, and one (1) working day per month
sick leave for each full month of employment by said District
which said sick leave can be accumulated to a maximum of sixty
(60) working days.
2. Upon adoption, this ordinance shall be posted in three
(5) public places, at least seven '(7) days prior to the expira-
tion of thirty (50) days from the date of its passage, and shall
be published in the TAHOE SIERRA TRIBUNE, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the said District, at
least seven (7~> days prior to the expiration of thirty (30) days
from the date of its passage, and shall become effective upon
the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its adoption.
5. This ordinance amends only Section 1 of Ordinance No.
59, passed and adopted by the said Board of Directors of said
District on June 30, 1960, and ~ection 1 of Ordinance No. 71,
passed and adopted by said Board of Directors of said District
on January 19, 1961. In all other respects said Ordinance Nos.
59 and 71 are ratified, confirmed and in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1961, at a
regular meeting of the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
